This study begins from an unusual primary source: the aggregate question log of a working GCC legal Ask desk — the natural-language questions readers typed into LEX, a Forfait platform, over an eight-week window in mid-2026. All demand is reported in aggregate and anonymised form: no individual query, user, or matter is identified, and volumes are expressed as shares of substantive demand (greetings, tests and off-topic prompts excluded).
