A demand-driven legal review: the questions Gulf founders and operators ask most — answered under the rules in force in 2026
Most legal content in the Gulf is written supply-first: firms publish what they know, and readers hunt for what they need. This study inverts that. It starts from an aggregated, anonymised sample of 56 questions submitted by users of a GCC-focused legal research platform (a Forfait platform) during June 2026 , groups them into demand themes, and then answers the recurring themes with positions grounded in the instruments actually in force in 2026.
